About ME

I'm a digital photographer and scuba diver in Monterey Bay, California. I started diving locally over 10 years ago, and have since been lucky enough to dive and document dozens of locations all over the world, from the underwater caves of the Yucatan to coral reefs of South Pacific, to the deep cold waters of the Pacific Coast.

I started shooting underwater exclusively, until a close friend handed me his spare camera body and told me to point it at a whale jumping nearby. Since then I've become addicted to shooting topside wildlife and even some landscapes.

My favorite part of shooting is capturing those rare moments and scenes that not everybody will get to see for themselves. And if they make for nice wall hangings, that's a nice bonus too.
